The location was superb! We could easily hike straight from the hotel or take a quick 15-minute drive to the nearest city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even helping us out with forgotten items. The food was also top-notch and the calories were tailored to our needs.
The automated system for rating was a bit off-putting and felt insincere. It would have been better to have a more personal touch in obtaining feedback.

Our recent stay was pleasant. the staff were extremely helpful in all aspects of our trip and the food was delicious. the location was convenient as it was close to hiking trails and a short drive to a nearby town.
The automated rating system was slightly off-putting, as it seemed to prioritize a high score over honest feedback. It would have been better to have a more personal approach to rating.

The hotel's location was excellent for hikers with beautiful trails starting right outside the door. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean with a lovely view. the breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The automated rating system was off-putting and took away from the authenticity of the guest's reviews.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and helped us with everything. They even found a solution for our forgotten bathing suit. The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and only a short drive to the city. Additionally, the food was excellent, and the calorie count was just right.
